We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it.

• It must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.

• Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.

Please include your order number inside the return package so we can process it without delay.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
